Italian-Born Artist Guinevere Emotionally Charged Single 

“Unravel” 

Is Due out September 25 with La Tempesta!

Guinevere, the multi-talented Italian-born artist, singer, and songwriter, continues to captivate audiences with her innovative blend of new folk-rock, pop, and classical music. Following the success of her critically acclaimed debut EP, Running in Circles, Guinevere proudly announces her deeply personal and evocative new single, “Unravel” due out September 25th on La Tempesta.

“Unravel,” holds a special place in Guinevere’s heart, it is dedicated to a close friend who tragically took his own life five years ago. The new song came to Guinevere in a dream. In the dream, she met her departed friend and together they sang and danced near the sea. He shared a melody and parts of the lyrics for what would eventually become “Unravel.” In her last recollection of the dream, he urged her to write them down when she woke up. The melody became the foundation and with help from her biggest supporter, her father, she creatively intertwined it with classical guitar arpeggios that he had composed in his early twenties.

Guinevere has created an ethereal, emotional space—a testament to her artistry and her ability to channel her personal experiences into music that resonates deeply with her audience. For Guinevere, the song transcends its form becoming a “place-non-place,” a timeless dimension between earth and sky in which she can meet her lost friend and share their strong bond in remembrance.

Guinevere’s journey as an artist is as diverse as it is profound. Her passion for the arts has seen her traverse multiple creative domains, from theater and performance art to fine art. These many artistic roots, once experienced as separate from each other, now find common ground to intersect with her newest project.
